Getting back to work with online learning - Hull Mail and East Riding Mail
Thousands of jobless East Yorkshire people are bouncing back to work, thanks to a web learning network.Employed people are also using learndirect to develop new knowledge and skills for better jobs in their existing workplace. More than 500 people a year turn to the organisation's Beverley e-learning centre in Lairgate for help to better themselves.In recent years, it has helped over 3,000 people back into work, new and self employment, more training, and further and higher education.
