Online learning ‘great for people who work’ - i-to-i Chalkboard
Programmes of online learning are well-suited to people who are in employment, according to one academic, since it allows them greater flexibility over when they can study. Speaking to the Canadian Press, head of e-learning at the University of Ottowa Richard Pinet pointed out that people can decide to get up very early in the morning or late at night depending on what is appropriate for their working hours. Online learning programmes are available in all sorts of subjects, including TEFL and TESOL courses, with Mr Pinet suggesting that the internet has changed academia "dramatically".
