Civil engineer became teacher thanks to online learning - i-to-i Chalkboard News
A civil engineer has revealed how he chose to become a teacher after six years as a civil engineer and how he could not have done so without an online learning course. Paudie O’Neill told the Irish Times that he was in a well-paid job in a good firm but he just realised that his heart was not in it, so decided to make a change and follow the career path that had appealed to him since he was young. He was quoted as saying: "It dawned on me that I had one last chance to take a risk. My responsibilities were mounting up and soon I wouldn’t have the option to make a move."
