Online learning offer may help Hartnell students stay on course - maria ines zamudio, the Californian
Hartnell College students left scrambling for options after budget cuts gutted summer courses have a new source for credits, thanks to an agreement between the state and a private online school. Kaplan University and the California Community College chancellor's office have joined forces to offer students across the state online classes for credit toward their associate degrees, said Greg Peterson, Hartnell's vice president for student services.
