The development of Web 2.0 and social softwareapplications was not initially aimed for education, but itsinfluence in this field, especially in e-learning, is recentlyrecognized as positive. New approach to e-learning inspiredby these technologies is called e-learning 2.0. It emphasizessocial learning using different tools available on the webrather then integrated systems like LMSs. This paper describesframework for further development of adaptiveLMS according to constructivist theory of learning, advantagesof Web 2.0 applications and characteristics of elearning2.0.
