John A. Logan's online learning fall enrollment continues to climb - JOHN HOMAN, The Southern
The final numbers have yet to be tallied, but online enrollment for the fall semester at John A. Logan College continues to climb to unprecedented levels. Tom Bell, associate dean for media services and telecommunications, said Friday that online enrollment at the college is at 2,316, which is an increase of 677 students or a stunning 41.3 percent compared to last fall’s total of 1,639. “Online classes have become mainstream,” Bell said. “Students expect the convenience. We can look forward to growth in online classes into the foreseeable future.”
