WVU awards grants for online programs - Ben Adducchio, West Virginia Public Broadcasting
Last week, the WVU Extended Learning Program gave $129,000 in grants to expand online learning.Five internal colleges and the WVU Institute of Technology are attempting to give more students access by creating more online classes.Sue Day-Perroots is the dean of Extended Learning.“People are located at a distance, or they might have time constraints, and so this really helps to get need to know information to people,” Day-Perroots said.
