Western opening online classes to help with student scheduling - Lisa Carrougher, Western Front
In past quarters, Professors and students have faced issues of overpopulated classes. In response, Western’s Huxley College of the Environment and the College of Humanities and Social Sciences are offering four online courses for the first time this summer.... Many students cannot commit to summer classes because of other commitments, such as a full-time job or because they are not living in Bellingham for the summer, said Western environmental science professor David Wallin.
