Bay college key part of online learning effort in state - Audrey LaFave, Escanaba Daily Press
The state of Michigan was ranked second in the nation in November for its online learning policy and practice. Bay College is a shining example of the local community's contribution to the rating, according to local school officials. Bay has grown from one online class offering to 162 in the last 10 years, according to Ann Sebeck, who works with Bay's online learning program.
