Open enrollment offers student online learning options - Emily Kram, Superior Telegram
Justin Keller never has to worry about being tardy for class. A senior in Insight School of Wisconsin, Keller can attend class anytime and any place — as long as he has an Internet connection. Insight School of Wisconsin is one of more than a dozen virtual schools in Wisconsin. It began operation in the 2007-08 school year with about 245 students. Now in its second year, more than 400 students attend the online public high school.
