Internet opens educational doors - TONY BURCHYNS, Vallejo Times-Herald
Many college-age students, like daycare center operator Vicky Davis of Benicia, are learning exclusively over the Internet. This past semester, there were about 5,400 sign-ups in the school's online program, although the exact number of individual students is harder to determine.
