Embracing online learning? - Sun Sentinal
The move toward Internet-based learning shows no signs of slowing. Distance learning has become a major component in professional development coursework. And now more than 20 percent of traditional college students take at least one online course. Proponents say the advantages are many — starting with convenience for students. But the movement still has some resisters.
