Tri-County Tech has record fall enrollment up - Anna Simon, Greenville Online
Tri-County Technical College enrolled a record-breaking 5,728 students for fall semester; almost 10 percent over last fall, and college President Ronnie Booth said there’s more to come.... Tri-County is the second fastest-growing College in the state’s system of 16 technical colleges. Since 2002 when 4,125 students were enrolled, Tri-County has experienced a cumulative growth rate of 27% and is the fifth largest College in the System.... Online learning class enrollment has grown more than 40 percent since 2002, and distance learning enrollment is 44 percent higher for fall of 2007 than 2006 as students battling time constraints and scheduling conflicts turn to this convenient alternative.
