Students experience 21st century learning - Mike Pearson, Ancaster News
Wikis, podcasts and computer software are replacing pens, paper and notebooks in the 21st Century classroom. Grade 9 students at Ancaster High School got a crash course during last week's 21st century Learner Conference. From podcasting to graphic novels and notemaking software, students are learning how technology can enhance their learning and boost their grades. An online tool called a wiki enables students to work together, remotely on a single group project.
