Loyola community returns after successful execution of hurricane plan
Loyola University New Orleans students, faculty and staff resumed on-campus operations Monday after the threat of Hurricane Gustav forced the campus community to evacuate. During the evacuation period, there were 24,686 logins to Blackboard, Loyola’s online distance learning program, which allows faculty and students to continue their course work regardless of suspension of on-campus classes.
