Wyoming woman to lead distance learning in S.D. - TERRY WOSTER, Argus Leader
Cathy Anderson, a Wyoming college administrator, will coordinate distance-learning programs for public universities in South Dakota. Anderson is the new academic coordinator of the Electronic University Consortium, according to a statement from the South Dakota Board of Regents.... Board of Regents reports show a 43 percent increase in the number of distance-education students in the public university system since 2004.
