Online Learning: Technology Changing Maricopa Community College Instruction, Students, Faculty - Media Newswire
The explosion of new internet tools, advances in equipment and software, and the nature of a new generation of students and faculty who grew up with technology are spurring change, said the Maricopa Community Colleges' instructional technologist for the Maricopa Center for Learning & Instruction (MCLI). Technology is not only reshaping the way the Maricopa Community Colleges teach their students, it is redefining "community" in the term "community colleges." The explosion of new online learning internet tools, advances in equipment and software, and the nature of a new generation of students and faculty who grew up with technology are spurring change, said the Maricopa Community Colleges' instructional technologist for the Maricopa Center for Learning & Instruction ( MCLI ).
