DSU honors Bismarck/Mandan area distance and online learning graduates - Disckinson State University
Dickinson State University recently honored 74 Bismarck/Mandan area residents who received degrees through DSU’s distance learning program. This is a 72 percent increase over last year. The dinner and awards ceremony honored students who earned their degrees from DSU while staying close to home by taking advantage of the DSU Office of Extended Learning programs offered at Bismarck State College. Both DSU President Dr. Richard McCallum and BSC President Dr. Larry Skogen were on hand to personally congratulate the graduates. DSU offers 15 bachelor’s degree programs and two certificate programs at BSC. The average age of student pursuing a degree through the program is 30 years.
