Instructor gives online learning lessons via Web cam from India - Tanya Sierra, UNION-TRIBUNE
Midnight may seem like an odd hour to teach a course, but then again teaching it from India via Web cam to students tuning in from La Jolla isn't very traditional either. On the third floor of a state-of-the-art building at the University of California San Diego, more than 20 students have been hashing out how they can improve living conditions in India with technology.
