No distance too far - Brian Morelli, Iowa City Press-Citizen
With three daughters, two step-sons, a job and a home that is about four hours away from the University of Iowa, making it to Iowa City for class would be a little tricky for Penny Lilly. Instead, Lilly is working on her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing through a new distance learning program at UI. "I teach part time and I work part time, and I have kids," the 44-year-old Clarinda woman said. "I can work on my computer. I can take my laptop in the car when we are traveling. I can hook it up at someone else's house."
