Henry moves into 21st century with online learning - Johnny Jackson, Henry (Georgia) Daily Herald
Henry County school officials are attempting to move traditional learning into the 21st century, using blogs and wikies (web pages associated with the information site Wikipedia that can be edited online.) The Henry County School System is entering its first year implementing the Blackboard, an online course management system for students and teachers. Blackboard is a protected learning environment that enables students and teachers to blog and share information online. With it, students and teachers alike are able to discuss and work on various class projects in collaboration.
