'Information technology must reach needy' - New India Press
To give quality assurance to higher education, information technology must integrate into all levels through online and virtual teaching. Both teachers and students must make use of it, Vice-Chancellor of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), V.N. Rajasekharan Pillai said here on Saturday. In his inaugural address at a three-day national conference on 'Quality Assurance in Open Distance Learning Institutions,' organised by the Karnataka State Open University he said, education improves the quality of life and management systems.
