Drexel Online Offers Personalized BA program
Drexel University Online, a pioneer in Internet-based education programs, announces the launch of the online Bachelor of Science degree in General Studies - Individualized Studies. This new program will allow students to tailor the program to their chosen area of study. Students who enroll in this program have a variety of academic backgrounds, and may apply their credit hours from other institutions toward this multi-disciplinary degree. Through the general studies major, students can create an interdisciplinary program to meet their individual educational goals or to prepare for a particular job or career. "Individualized Studies students are generally self-directed and want a program they can tailor to their personal and professional interests," said Dr. Kenneth Hartman, academic affairs director at Drexel Online.
