Argentine university offers online course in digital journalism - International Journalists Network
Spanish-speaking journalists interested in the technical and theoretical aspects of digital journalism can register for a distance learning graduate course at the University of Belgrano in Argentina. For at least five hours a week, for a total of seven weeks beginning on April 25, students will focus on writing for the Web, editing multimedia information, digital media marketing, and online copyrights, among other topics. The course will be presented by a group of Argentine and Spanish journalists, led by Julio Orione, journalist of the daily el ClarÃn in Buenos Aires. Registration costs US$1,000.
