E-Learning Course in Terrorism Studies Warns Against Terrorist Threat over Christmas
A terrorist attack on the UK during the Christmas period is 'highly likely', Home Secretary John Reid has said. Speaking on national television on 10 December, Dr Reid added security services were currently monitoring 30 terrorist plots to target the country....Professor Max Taylor, Course Director of the new e-learning course on terrorism studies and Forensic Psychologist at the University of St. Andrews comments, “The pattern of terrorist threats and attacks in the UK have often taken place when terrorism is not at the forefront of minds....” The Certificate in Terrorism Studies enables participants and organisations to prepare to meet the challenges of evolving terrorist techniques in an adaptable and flexible e-learning environment.
