It might sound like an oxymoron, but the students who take physical education on the Web say it really works. When Chris Whritenour tells people about her part-time job, she gives them a moment to laugh. Whritenour teaches online physical education. Yes, that's right. Online phy ed. Whritenour admits the job sounds like the "ultimate oxymoron," and inevitably, the next question is "how does that work?" The emphasis in online "gym" class is personal fitness, said Whritenour.
