Student Heads Back to School and Into Business, Offers Free Business Writing
A Chinese student and U.S. business writer take a new approach to education by launching a free business writing and marketing consultation service. It's that time of year again, when students are heading back to school. One student, however, is taking on a whole lot more than just another school year. Connie Chen is a Chinese high school student living in China but attending Laurel Springs - a distance learning school based in Ojai, CA. Like many young people, she is ambitious, hoping to one day attend Harvard. Unlike most high school students, though, Chen isn't just taking on another year of school work. She's starting a business too.
