Ethiopia: Universities, TVET to Be Connected Through e-Learning - Yonas Abiye, Daily Monitor Addis Ababa
In a bid to curb limitations of infrastructure and space, Engineering universities and technical vocational education centers (TVET) are to be fully engaged on eLearning system in the next three years, the Ministry of Capacity Building disclosed yesterday. "The significance of eLearning is to engrave the potential learners wherever they are. Our universities are bottle necked with the existing narrow facilities, limited space and equipment as well as infrastructure," Ato Tenagne Baye, ECBP expert in the Ministry of Capacity Building said at the two days eLearning strategic workshop.
