UTB gears up online learning - Sara Inés Calderón, The Brownsville Herald
Long-distance learning may become the shortest route to graduation day for University of Texas at Brownsville and Texas Southmost College students who enroll in the schools’ online program. “There is a big initiative from the university from enrollment services to promote the university’s distance education courses and programs,” said Rene Sainz, assistant director for distance education. “The online component is an integral part of our courses and programs.”
