Alabama Distance Learning numbers - Huntsville Times
More than 1,550 high school students took distance learning courses throughout the state in 24 pilot sites during the spring, including 19 real-time interactive videoconferencing courses for 840 students and seven Web-based courses for 310 students. More than 400 students at other public high schools took 20 Web-based courses For fall 2005 and spring 2006, distance learning remediation courses for the graduation exam were provided for 444 math and 415 science students
