Labour looking to establish Irish Open University - Unison
Labour says it will establish an Irish Open University if it gets back into Government. The proposal was announced at the party's national conference in Dublin today. Councilor Martin Coughlan from Macroom in Cork told delegates that distance learning facility is long overdue in this country.
