Portable lectures excite student - ELEANOR WILSON, Stuff New Zealand
First-year Canterbury University student Michal Connole is hoping her lessons will soon become a lot more portable. The 17-year-old computer-science student plans to tune into a new option being made available this week, possibly for the first time at a New Zealand university, to download podcast learning sessions that can be listened to any time. "Once you've downloaded it, you've got it on your computer. You can write it on to a CD and listen to it from that," Connole said.
