Make it Your New Year Resolution to Learn the New Way
The Internet has brought a new way to learn: online. Our courses are aimed at anyone who enjoys learning for the sake of learning. Often no prior skills are necessary - and our online courses do not finish with a scary exam. Learning for the sake of learning is an endangered species: the New Curiosity Shop is attempting to address this and our courses are designed to generate a sense of discovery, of finding out, and rekindle the ability to ask ‘why?’ Our courses encourage students to work and learn with the tutor and their fellow students, recognising that learning is a social activity, and should be, dare we say, fun. We call it 'learning for grown-ups.'
