Internet business rides wave of Web learning - Eric Pope, The Detroit News
Richard Klein and his partners have benefited from some strong trends in Internet usage since starting tip/Interactive in 2000 to develop Web-based resources for managing personnel. Companies have turned to the Internet to cut costs, and software advances have made Web-based applications easier to use. Perhaps the most beneficial trend has been the influx of younger workers accustomed to getting information from the Internet. "We've ridden that wave," Klein said.
