Distance learning growing, report says - Sioux Falls Argus Leader
A report on distance education at South Dakota’s public universities shows continued growth in the popularity of taking courses through the Internet or by other forms of distance delivery. A report presented to the South Dakota Board of Regents shows total credit hours for electronic delivery increased 36 percent during the year, while total credit hours for all forms of distance education increased by 29 percent. The report examines 2004-05 enrollments at the six state-supported universities
