Courses allow home study - CRISTEN CONGER, U of Georgia Red and Black
For University students who dream of classes they can ace without attending, independent and distance learning (IDL) courses could be the answer — if they have the discipline to be their own teacher. Registration began Saturday for spring IDL classes. Students, after consulting their advisers, can register online through the independent and distance learning Web site (www.gactr.uga.edu/idl) or at the office in the Georgia Center.
