Classes without classrooms - Nikki Garrett, Weber State Signpost
Approximately 2,000 students of the 18,000 enrolled at Weber State University do not set foot on campus each year. Some of these 2,000 students do not live in Utah. Some of those students do not even live in the United States. “We have students in 50 states and 21 countries,” said Debbie Hansen, secretary to Laird M. Hartman, WSU dean of continuing education. These students participate in either online courses or independent study courses.
