Army promotes virtual grad class - REBECCA SALLEE, Huntsville Times
The director of the Army Research and Development Center Software Engineering Directorate, or SED, had an agenda when he attended the spring luncheon for engineering graduates of the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Dr. William Craig was scouting potential employees. He made an offer to the university's top electrical engineering graduate, 21-year-old Carolina Huamani, that she couldn't refuse: a full-time job that allowed her to be a full-time grad student through distance learning classes at UAH while on the clock at work.
