MIND to expand online courses to Caribbean students - Jamaica Observer
The Management Institute for National Development (MIND) will be reaching across the Caribbean via the Internet to drum up business, with an increased menu of online programmes. "We are now positioning 'MIND Online' as an important driver of MIND's vision of being a Caribbean centre of excellence," said chief executive officer Maria Jones. "Late in this fiscal year, we will commence packaging courses targeted at the entire English-speaking Caribbean," she said at a recent Friday Policy Forum held at the institute's Old Hope Road campus. MIND Online now only offers the associate degree in management studies, whose main subscribers are Jamaicans domiciled outside the capital.
