Heidi Schweizer, an associate professor in the school of education at Marquette and the director of electronic learning, says most of the university’s online students are people in their mid-30s and early 40s who are seeking a career change. "We’ve had people that were attorneys, engineers, people that have raised children at home, then have decided to move back into the workplace," she says.
