Blackboard files for $75 mln IPO, Reuters
Educational software company, Blackboard Inc., filed with U.S. regulators on Friday for an initial public offering worth an estimated $75 million. Blackboard did not say how many shares it plans to offer or estimate a price per share in a preliminary prospectus filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Those details are expected in future filings.
