No rest for the apostle of training - Larry Werner, Star Tribune
Michael Allen has spent a career tying to wipe out boredom in education. He felt so strongly about his crusade that he came out of a comfortable early retirement to start a company that attempts to make corporate training fun and effective. "I was at Ohio State University teaching professors how to teach with a focus on using new technologies," Allen said. A Bloomington computer company called Control Data found him in a national search, for someone to bring a new product called Plato to market.
