Many employers seem to be realising that they cannot rely on e-learning alone to train their staff. People have different learning styles and a delivery method that suits one learner may repel another. It is therefore unsurprising to learn that, according to training provider Balance Learning, 55% of organisations use blended learning. Blended learning uses a combination of different delivery methods and learning activities to suit the learning styles of participants. It usually combines technology-based and non-technology-based learning, such as e-learning and face-to-face learning.
