Designing Online Courses to Discourage Dishonesty - Barbara Christe, Educause Quarterly
One of the first questions asked of most Web-Based educators is How do you test the students? Following this question is, How do you know the students are learning anything? For instructors who are focussed on content and its presentaiton, these questions address a facet of course design that might not have been specifically incorporated into their preparation. I will present techniques used at Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis within the Electrical and Computer Engineering department.
