Naval Education and Training Command Announces Distance Learning Partners for 2003 - Darlene Goodwin
The Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) recently announced the 2003 Navy College Program Distance Learning Partner (NCPDLP) selections. Colleges and universities selected as partners offer a variety of educational degree programs to Sailors. This year’s selections added one new institution and 10 new degree plans to the Partnership. According to Lt. Cmdr. Steven Stopler, director, Navy Voluntary Education, the NCPDLP was developed in 2000 in response to the increasing need for Sailors to have access to higher education in their pursuit of a GED and/or college degree.
