More learning thanks to Open University Malaysia
Open University Malaysia's (OUM) concept of distance and online learning has enabled more people, especially those in the working sector, to further their studies, said Information Minister Tan Sri Khalil Yaakob. He added that this is in line with the Government's vision to produce knowledgeable Malaysians. “OUM has given the assurance that dreams can become a reality. Those who never thought that they would have the chance to further their studies can now do so without leaving their jobs,” he said at OUM's recent Media Appreciation Night.
