Internet opens up training - Sion Barry, The Western Mail
South Wales telecoms company ATL Telecom is encouraging its 180 staff to learn new skills and qualification via the internet. The Cardiff-based firm, which develops and manufactures voice and data products for a worldwide market, has turned to online training for much of its staff development. It uses internet learning to help create career paths for its employees, with maximum convenience for the staff and company.
