Recruitment and Development of Online Adjunct Instructors - Lynne S. Crosby and Maria Schnitzer, Journal of Distance Learning Administration

Abstract: Adjunct faculty is used heavily in the community college setting. Community colleges are market-sensitive, and strive to serve the community.
