"Distance learning is extremely democratic, since inclusive, economical, and its students should not be considered second class, but ones who are using a modern tool of learning to create many opportunities to increase the national education level," said Lucio Stanca, Minister of Innovation and Technology, underwriter together with Letizia Moratti of the decree that introduces the norms and in particular, rigorous criteria of growth, in the intervention of the confirmation ceremony of hte first degrees in Italy taking place online, at the Milan Polytechnic Institute, in computer engineering.
