Collaborating online strengthens cancer research - LINDA LAMB, the State
Scientific research has become incredibly complex. But with Web sites and e-mail, communication between scientists has become incredibly simple. That convergence promises great potential for the South Carolina Alliance for Cancer Chemoprevention, organizers say. "Right now, I'm collaborating with a researcher in Australia," said James Chapman, associate professor of medical chemistry at the University of South Carolina.
